Application

These terms and conditions shall apply to all sales of goods by Friendship Wines, plus the placing of an order shall be deemed to be acceptance by the buyer of these terms and conditions.

Prices

All orders are subject to availability of stock, and prices are subject to change without notice. This lest cancels all previous pricelists.

Retention of Title

Title in the goods shall be retained by the above company until payment in full. In the event of non-payment by the buyer by the due date, the company's representative shall be entitled, in addition to all other rights, to enter any premises where goods may be and recover possession of them.

Claims

Shortage, pilferage, breakage and non-delivery. No claim can be entertained unless notified to the carrier and the company within 3 days or receipt, or 7 days of dispatch. All defective goods must be held for inspection.

Substitution of Wines

At Friendship Wines, your satisfaction is our main concern. We will make every effort to have adequate stock of our wines listed. When stocks are exhausted, we will offer an alternative. Id the wine you desire is not on the lists in this website. we will endeavour to find it for you.

Sales of Wines

Wines are sold by Friendship Wines in cases - either whole or mixed. The prices shown in this price list represent individual bottle prices. A total case price will then be calculated and invoiced.

VAT

All prices are inclusive of VAT @ 21%.
